A satellite can see the outside of your roof. It can’t see under it. Two things stay unknown until someone is on the roof:
- Your decking
We won’t know if the wood under the shingles is sound until the old roof comes off. Most of the time it’s fine. When it isn’t, that changes the job.
- Your ventilation
What your attic needs to breathe properly isn’t visible from above, and it affects how long the new roof lasts.
So the price you get here is real, and we confirm the scope at the inspection. If something changes, you’ll hear it from us before any work starts, not after.
